1. Can I make a gift purchase?
Yes! You can simply tick the option on the view cart page and we will send your order without an invoice. If you have a message for the gift, please write it in the special instruction to seller box. Your message will be handwritten on a note card and sent with the order.
2. How should I care for my order?
As our products are made of vegan leather and 22K gold plated lettering, they need some care and protection. Protect your purchase against direct sunlight, sharp objects, oil and chemical spills and only clean the cover with a damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning agent. While we've designed the products to be durable and luxurious, a well-used product is going to look loved at the end of the year.
3. What pen should I use to fill in the books?
We recommend the use of any roller ball pen so that the ink doesn’t smudge on the page.
4. Do I need to open an account to shop on your Website?
No, you don’t need to open an account to place an order on our Website. Simply checkout as a guest and provide the necessary details for us to process and deliver your order.
5. Are the prices on the Website inclusive of taxes?
Yes, the prices on the Website are inclusive of all taxes.
6. Is there a limit on the number of characters when I personalise a product?
For certain products we cannot accommodate too many characters, as the space for the name is limited and therefore a character limit is applicable. Often the final look depends on the length of the name/text entered.
7. How do I edit my personalisation details once I have added a product to the cart?
Simply remove the item from the cart and add it again with the correct details.
8. How soon is my order shipped?
It takes 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before being shipped. For personalised orders please allow us between 7 and 10 working days for you order to be shipped. If you are looking for an urgent shipment, you can reach us on email at firstname.lastname@example.org
9. Where all do you deliver?
We deliver across India. We currently, do not take international orders.
10. How long will you take to deliver?
Delivery timelines depend on the pincode mentioned on the shipping address. In case of any specific query, please get in touch with us. There might be a delay in delivering your orders due to COVID-19. As our delivery partners try to reach you at the earliest but might face delays due to the continuously changing government restrictions, border closures and restricted access to offices and transport.
11. Do you charge for delivery?
We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders above Rs. 999 within India. A nominal convenience charge of INR 100 will be levied when choosing cash on delivery (COD) as mode of payment. In case of an express delivery, we will charge on actuals separately.
12. What payment options do you accept on the Website?
For your convenience, we offer all major online payment solutions, such as credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and online wallets.
13. Is cash on delivery (COD) available on products?
Due to the COVID -19 crisis, we are unable to accept Cash on Delivery on any product.
14. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and sms of your shipping details and a tracking number which will enable to you to know where your product has reached. Keeping Up With The Baby is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping agency.
15. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Personalised orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Once the order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. If you wish to amend your order please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to help you out.
16. Can I return/exchange the products ?
Due to hygiene & safety concerns along with regards to baby/kids products as well as the personalized nature of majority of the products, Keeping Up With The Baby has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
17. If my goods are damaged, can I return/exchange them?
Returns are accepted only if the product received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product was delivered. In such an event, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days along with images of the incorrect/damaged product and we will exchange it for you as soon as possible. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
18. I’m unable to complete my order on the Website. What do I do?
